T/V Patriot State

Ultimately Addresses Indoor Air Quality If clean fresh air could be obtained, then our cadet's and crew deserve having it! was the Officers protocol of the day.

Luckily the ship was approached with the idea of utilizing an entirely new technology, The Odatus Immune System for Buildings. It sounded bizaare at first but, made a lot more sense as it got further underway.

Four Immune Systems arrived a day before the designer and engineers of Care Tech Industries Inc.(CTI). They were to be immediately installed to make the changes in design for the other nine to follow. Smooth sailing the remaining units were custom designed and shipped to Chief Engineer William Butler to complete the installation before sailing January 10 with over 400 cadet's on board. Chief Butler personally involved himself in the installaion of all 13 Odatus Immune Systems for the living quarters of the ship.

Docked in Fort Lauderdale February 13, more air sampling took place and rushed to the MIC medical lab in Sarasota, Florida.

Like waiting for a baby to be born, Chief Butler, John Shannon, President of Care Tech, with Bill Behrman CTI's consultant, and Angelo Zona CTI's rep. waited the long 10 days for the results.

Again we got a winner! Shouted Behrman, the results of the lab showed an astounding 80% drop in airborne contaminants in some quarters and 96% in the others. The ship has a noticeable clean fresh air smell to go with its extremely squared away quarters, Berman added.

The MV Patriot State is the first ship in the world that has addressed indoor air quality with such magnitude by employing the Odatus Immune Systems. It can now be said that The Patriot State is as clean as a hospital with lab reports to prove it!

We at Care Tech Industries, Inc. sincerely thank the Officers and Staff of the Patriot State for the opportunity to achieve what no other has done before in the shipping industry. It took all of you to make history and we wish to make it known.
